Shipping Policy:
Your order will be delivered by a courier service directly to your home!

Delivery Times: Shipments to major cities arrive within up to 6 business days, while deliveries to remote areas may take up to 10 business days. These times include both packaging and shipping time.

Tracking Information: Once your package leaves our studio, we will send the contact person a tracking number with a link via SMS to follow the progress of your shipment.

Courier Contact: The courier will reach out to the designated contact person from the order to coordinate delivery in advance.

Delivery Hours: Most deliveries occur in the morning or afternoon, so it's important to be available. If a package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us, which may cause delays and incur an additional shipping fee (25 ILS).

Delivery Time Requests: Specific delivery times cannot be scheduled in advance as deliveries are made according to the courier's route.
Notes:
- Tzufa is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
- The delivery times mentioned above do not apply to items that are out of stock or custom-made items.
- Orders will be shipped only after the purchase process is complete, provided that the order was received within the transaction times defined on the product page, the customer has a valid credit card that can be charged in Israel, and the credit card issuer has approved the transaction.
