What materials are made of jewelry?

  • All of my jewels are nickel free.
  • My jewels made of 2 microns of 14k gold plating, over brass OR made of solid 925 sterling silver / Rhodium.
  • The 2 microns of 14k gold plating considered to be the highest quality in the plating options and should last. Of course, it depends on the usage and care too.

Care Instructions:

In order to keep your jewelry in great shape and long lasting, please avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and other chemicals. We also recommend to take off your jewelry when taking a shower/washing hands or getting in the pool/sea.

You don't need to subscribe to the website to make an order.

However, we recommend that you register because you can stay updated about our sales and new collections.

How do I know that the order has been received?

After completing the purchase, you will receive an email that includes all the details of your order. You will also receive the tracking number and link to it so that you can check the shipping status.

Q: What is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund will be given to all the jewelry in my shop, except for items on sale, earrings, custom jewelry such as personalized engraving for the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Then your refund/exchange will be processed, in a case of refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will contact you once we receive your return item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (12-25 USD, depending on your shipping method). 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

You will need to send the item only with registered airmail with a trackable shipping service. Please also mark as "returned to sender."

Do not send with any private courier like DHL, UPS, FED X, EMS... Please notice that if you use a private courier it will cost a lot to release the item from customs and I will not accept it, it is not necessary if you use the post office service.

And please send me a tracking number, it is essential.
