Item must be unworn and undamaged in mint condition. Please make sure to include all original tags and packaging too! Sales items however are final sale

Unfortunately at this time factors like discoloration, oxidation, and tarnishing are all inherent and inevitable characteristics of plated jewelry that are inevitable. Many of these factors are dependent on your particular usage and TZUFA cannot replace pieces due to normal wear and tear.

This being said, we work with expert designers and craftsmen to curate pieces that are built to last, withstand the lengths of time, and make you feel beautiful each and every day.
