We want you to be in love with all our items but we get it. Sometimes it isn't a match made in heaven. Clients have within 14 days of the original purchase date to return. Item must be unworn and undamaged in mint condition. Please make sure to include all original tags and packaging too! Sales items however are final sale

Unfortunately at this time factors like discoloration, oxidation, and tarnishing are all inherent and inevitable characteristics of plated jewelry that are inevitable. Many of these factors are dependent on your particular usage and TZUFA cannot replace pieces due to normal wear and tear.
